Houston Pediatric Dental Assistant School is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to lead student recruitment, enrollment growth, and community engagement initiatives that support our mission of preparing the next generation of dental professionals.

This is more than an admissions position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping individuals discover meaningful careers in healthcare while building strategic partnerships that expand educational opportunities throughout the community.

As our Student Recruitment & Enrollment Manager, you will serve as the face of our school by creating connections with prospective students, workforce organizations, educational institutions, employers, and community partners while developing innovative strategies that grow enrollment and strengthen our impact across the Greater Houston area.

What You'll Do

As the Student Recruitment & Enrollment Manager, you will play a vital role in advancing the school's strategic growth by:

Student Recruitment & Enrollment

  • Develop and execute innovative student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment goals.

  • Guide prospective students through the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment.

  • Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and enrollment consultations.

  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospective students.

  • Monitor enrollment trends and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates.

Community Engagement & Partnership Development

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with high schools, workforce development organizations, community agencies, and employer partners.

  • Represent Houston Pediatric Dental Assistant School at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.

  • Develop strategic partnerships that support workforce development and employment opportunities for graduates.

  • Serve as an ambassador for the school's mission and educational programs.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Collaborate on recruitment campaigns designed to increase enrollment and brand awareness.

  • Support social media and community marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate open houses, recruitment events, and educational presentations.

  • Identify opportunities to expand the school's presence within the healthcare and education communities.

Enrollment Operations

  • Maintain accurate enrollment records and applicant data.

  • Prepare recruitment and enrollment reports for leadership.

  • Track key performance metrics related to enrollment growth and pipeline development.

  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students throughout the enrollment process.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities for others.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Three to five years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, business development, workforce development, community engagement, healthcare, or higher education.

  • Experience developing partnerships and working with diverse community stakeholders.

  • Strong presentation, networking, and public speaking skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience using CRM, applicant tracking, or enrollment management systems is preferred.
