The Outreach and Program Director is the organization's external face and strategic relationship builder. The partnerships, programs, and community presence this individual cultivates will directly determine the school's capacity to grow, diversify its pipeline, and strengthen its standing as a recognized leader in dental workforce development.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic community, healthcare, and workforce development partnerships
- Lead outreach initiatives that expand access to dental assistant training for underrepresented communities
- Develop and implement programs from concept through evaluation
- Represent Houston PDAS in professional forums, community coalitions, and advocacy spaces
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the organization's strategic growth direction
